- What size remodel is a good fit for H&K?
- Projects with substantial drywall scope — whole-home renovations, large additions, multi-room remodels, significant layout changes and large lower-level finishes. Single small patches and one-wall repairs aren't our focus.
- Can you match the texture in the rest of my house?
- Often, yes. During the estimate we look at the existing texture and finish and tell you what will blend and what will read as a patch. Sometimes refinishing a full wall plane or room gives a much better result than chasing a match across it.
- Will you be working while we live in the house?
- That depends on the project. We discuss containment, dust control and access up front. On whole-home renovations, most owners plan around a period when the work area is unoccupied.
- Do you work with remodeling contractors?
- Yes. Remodelers and general contractors make up a large share of our work. We fit into your sequence and communicate when site conditions change what's realistic.
